It sleeps 8 comfortably and has a nook off kitchen with king bed for overflow or children. Located on the beach in Bahia de Navidad half way between downtown Melaque and downtown Barra de Navidad. Very private setting with incredible sunsets day after day....
This 2500 sq ft bungalow was designed and built in 1995 and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 piece bathroom off of kitchen and king bed in nook off kitchen. The main house consists of a large 16 foot vaulted common area that includes the spacious kitchen, dining area and living area.
Off the common area is a quiet nook for movie watching, or bunking up last minute guests or children. Two master bedrooms in the main house have king size beds each with a full three piece en-suite.
The kitchen has a large island which allows for enjoyable meal preparation with propane stove, large refrigerator and a back-up (refreshment) fridge in the storage area. Front courtyard includes two casitas... the lower casita has king size bed and a single bed as well as a two piece bathroom. A palapas style shower is located just outside the door where you will experience the feel of showering in the tropics.
The upper casita has two rooms... one includes a king size bed, the adjoining room includes a single bed complete three piece bathroom.
