From Portugal to Tuscany - A Trip of A Lifetime

For my 2019 milestone birthday, Andrea helped me organize our best family vacation ever!  My husband and I started with a week in Portugal visiting Porto and Lisbon.  Andrea found us excellent accommodations and organized interesting and fun excursions.  For the next leg of our trip, we rented a Tuscan villa for two weeks where we were joined by our grown children, my parents and my sister.  Again, Andrea helped me find the perfect accommodations and excursions that were suitable for all of the different members of our family.  The villa was perfect.  We had a chef cook for us on three separate occasions.  We loved each meal.  We really enjoyed having cocktails by the spectacular pool while smelling the delicious aromas from the kitchen where the chef was busy preparing our dinner. Not having to drive home after dinner was also a treat!  Andrea took care of all of the details, coordination of flights, accommodations and excursions.  Before we left, Andrea presented me with a binder that contained all of the details of each item so that I could easily look up dates, times, contact info, etc for everything!  As if that wasn’t enough, Andrea would send me a note after an excursion or when we arrived at a new location to check in and see how things had gone.  I felt that she was traveling with me every step of the way.  Her follow up exceeded my expectations.  I have recommended Andrea to everyone I know.  I would not book a trip again without having her help and support.  She is truly one of a kind. Thank you, Andrea.

Portugal to Prague

First and foremost, Andrea’s organizational skills and research were the key to our fabulous trip.  Her attention to detail made our trip flow so we could maximize our sightseeing adventures and fun! Andrea’s excellent knowledge allowed her to recommend and book our tours and accommodation in Portugal and Prague.  Our accommodations were expertly located for our convenience and comfort.  Andrea's experience ensured our trip was diverse, it was filled with historical outings, a bike ride, hiking, a sunset sail, music and port tastings. These events gave us a real feel of the people and countries we traveled. Azores Islands Guided Holiday

My wife and I went on a 10 day guided tour to the Azores Islands and Lisbon led by Andrea. It was a wonderful experience. She picked a variety of great accommodations and daily activities centred on hiking and sightseeing. We enjoyed every moment and would do again in an instant. Thanks to Andrea for a great adventure.

Custom Trip to Italy - Anniversary Celebration
Rome - Tuscany - Amalfi Coast

My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in style thanks to Andrea Duffy from Connections Vacations.  She arranged for private dining on the rooftop of Piazza Navona in Rome following an open-air Opera performance, a wonderful wine tour in Tuscany and hit the mark with a magnificent B&B in Positano for us to relax and enjoy.  The ingredient she secretly added was her attention to detail.  Prior to each segment of our second honeymoon, she contacted the hotels, transfer services, etc... to ensure the level of service and timing was impeccably delivered.  Andrea smoothly arranged thirteen action-packed days in Europe.  I would highly recommend Connections Vacations!

San Francisco and Napa - Girls Getaway

My girlfriends and I wanted a fun filled adventure to San Fran, Napa, and Sonoma for one of the girls 60th birthday.  Andrea provided us with great service anticipating all of our many needs and ensuring we had safe, updated, accommodations throughout our stay. She arranged a driver so that our time in Napa/Sonoma was spent enjoying the amazing wineries not worrying about our drive. Everything went really well and she certainly made it all stress free!! What an enjoyable experience and will certainly call on her again for helping us to organize our trips!!

Turks and Caicos - Family Reunion

My family wanted to have a trip arranged for 17 people (ranging in age from 3 to 68).  From our first inquiry, Andrea provided great service, and stuck with us through all the follow up questions, including full coordination of our family members traveling from several home cities!  Andrea gave us several travel destinations to choose from, after reviewing our needs in detail, and we finally chose Turks & Caicos.  Our family had an incredibly fun, relaxing & memorable vacation...  Portugal and Spain -  Family Vacation

Andrea planned our family trip to Portugal and Spain. She organized an incredible itinerary with fabulous accommodations. I felt very much part of the planning process. Croatia - Milestone Birthday Holiday

Andrea organized a 10 day custom holiday to Croatia for our group of nine ladies. The group was traveling from various cities internationally and Andrea managed all aspects of the trip including flights, tours, and accommodations. She arranged every detail of our itinerary with great care and attention and came in well under budget.  In fact, the total cost of our trip was less than half the price of other tour companies. We will definitely hire Andrea again for future group or family trips.

Thailand - Honeymoon

Thank you, Andrea, for helping to make our honeymoon trip to Thailand absolutely amazing! We experienced the thriving city of Bangkok, the history of Chiang Mai, and the beauty of the beaches and islands that have made Thailand famous. Andrea took the time to find out what we really wanted out of our honeymoon and the budget we were working with, then she provided us with several great options for each phase of the trip listing the pros and cons of each option.
